SLS offers room hire services for corporate or private use. Our 8 training rooms are conveniently located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, just a short walk from Town Hall and Museum stations.
Let us provide you with everything you need to have a small meeting or training for a group of 3-8 students, all in a comfortable and friendly environment.
- Each room has 1 or 2 computers, TV, 1 or 2 whiteboards and a CD/DVD player. Projector screens are also available
- There are 6 rooms available that can accommodate 3-8 students. We have 2 rooms that can accommodate 10 students and 1 room that can accommodate 14 students.
- All rooms have Internet connection with Broadband Wireless. Please inform us when you book the room online
- All rooms are not available for hire from 6:00pm – 9pm onwards on weekdays or Saturday.
- Very reasonable price: $100 HALF DAY -$160 FULL day (9am to 5:45pm)
- Should you wish to hire a projector to attach to your own presenter’s laptop this can be easily arranged.
- You may also bring your own projector
- Room Hire is available by the Half Day – morning or afternoon or Full Day
- Morning room hire is from 9am to 1:00pm. Afternoon Room Hire is 1:00pm – 5:00pm. Full day is 9am to 5pm.
- Room Hire that straddles that midday period – for example 10:00am to 2pm will be charged as Full Day as SLS cannot hire out the room to other clients for the morning or afternoon.
- Special arrangements for room hire that falls out of these hours may be discussed with SLS staffs.
- We offer 10% discount of total rates if you rent a room for consecutive 5 full days or at least 6 separate days in a 30-day period.

- Email firstname.lastname@example.org the attached Registration Form to book a room. Please email the booking form to us fully completed and signed.
- Alternatively, you can click here to Book the room online straight away
For billing purpose, you are required to fill in the Registration Form at all times. Calling on the phone without the Booking Form will not give us enough info to book a room for you
As soon as we receive the signed copy from you, we will confirm the booking and
forward an invoice. Full payment is due 7 working days prior to the first date of room hire.
2. You can process your payment by Credit Card through Phone, Direct Deposit, EFTPOS, Eway online or Paypal. Payment is required at least 7 days before the event.
3. Your booking is ONLY confirmed if you received a confirmation email from one of our admin staffs after your online booking.
4. Please always inform us whether you need the Internet, projectors or TV and number of participants when you book a room.
5. Waiting Clients Policy: Reception services are not part of our room hire service. Should you require reception services, there will be some extra fee incurred.
6. You will be charged if any instruments, furniture or computers are proved to be damaged during your period of room hire.
1. Cancellation with 2 weeks or more notice, $20 administration fee will be applied.
2. Cancellation with 1-2 weeks notice, $30 administration fee will be applied.
3. Cancellation with 2-7 day notice will incur a 50% of room hire fee
4. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur the FULL room hire fee
5. Should SLS cancel the room booking, it would be greatly appreciated that you ensure that your clients are notified by you ASAP to reduce the misunderstanding or impact of your clients on our staffs.
Faxing and photocopying services are available at the following rates:
- Photocopies/Printouts A4: $0.50 each
- Fax: sending $2.50 first page, $0.50 per each page after
- Fax: receiving $0.50 per page
Standard Meeting Room Hire
- Standard meeting room hire includes:
- Access to meeting room with use of projection equipment
- Use of toilet
- No room set up, a supervisor has to arrive early to configure room
- No kitchen facilities
- No water dispenser /cup provided
- No photo copier or any stationery provided
