Course description

SYDNEY LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS offers an online language learning program for your kids to study at home, at their own convenience and in their free time. We have two kinds of programs for you to choose from: flashcard package AND/OR Self-study course.

We also run online and face-to-face classes in the school term and school holiday if you want your kids to interact directly with peers and our experienced native teachers. Join here.

Flashcard Package

What’s special about Flashcard Package?

• Children from 4-12 years old who have no existing (or very little) knowledge of the language, who wants to begin a course of study and to know simple words and phrases to start communicating with a parent/relative/speaker
• One advantage of the flashcard package is your kids can study and practice anytime. The kids will learn new words by watching the flashcard videos, repeating our teacher’s pronunciation and then practicing with the worksheets.
• Self-study 5 sets of topics: Number, Family, Animal, Colour and Transportation

How kids should study this package?

• Video: Kids study new vocabulary through 5 videos, which last around 1 minute 40 seconds. Each video contains 10 new words on that topic. Kids should repeat the teacher’s pronunciation of the new words.
• Fun fact: Kids can understand a foreign culture and people’s life through short fun facts under each video set.
• Practice time: Kids practice writing new words through our workbook. This workbook includes a worksheet and word-picture-matching activity on those 5 topics.
• Answer key to practice activity can be found at the end of the course.

Expected Outcomes:

By the end of this course students will be able to:

• Able to speak and recognize new words from 5 sets of vocabulary: Number, Family, Animal, Colour and Transportation.
• Able to write new words from 5 sets of vocabulary.
• Able to remember new words by practising in our activity book.
