Course description

What’s sushi?
Sushi is the famous artistic Japanese cuisine that can be found in small shops in the malls, street food trucks and even in fine dining restaurants. Sushi has many different types such as Nigiri, Chirashi, Maki, Futomaki and more that only differ in one or two details. Introduced in Western countries a long time ago sushi has some other varieties that are affected by its destination culture but of course, they are all delicious and nutrition-rich.
Fun Fact: Sushi is different from Sashimi. Sushi is a mixture of vinegar rice and other elements, sashi only refers to a slice of fresh meat or fresh fish served raw
