Online group tutorial

• If you are too busy to go to our face-to-face class, or travelling to class is an issue for you, this online class is a great solution.
• This is also the perfect option for those who want to study a rare language or higher-level language class, but have found there were not sufficient student numbers to run a course in your local area.
• The advantage of this online class, is you can always watch it again in your own time during the week, before you meet your teacher again.
• One of the great advantages of an online group tutorial is that it is not a pre-recorded lesson, you will meet and interact with a teacher and be able to ask those critical questions in real time as in a traditional classroom.  By expanding the course to include 4 students we are also able to keep the costs down

How does this work?

Option 1:  Study with our fixed schedule class online.

These classes will be opened on fixed times as below.

The class time is usually 6-7pm A.E.S.T

Your class will be conducted via a video conferencing software Anymeeting.com

How a class is conducted?

During your class time, you will meet the teacher directly and they will either share a Powerpoint lesson or interact via camera so you build up trust and understanding.  

You can ask your questions at any time, but to help the lesson flow there is also the option to post your questions in the chat box and they can be reviewed at the end of each section.

Each class is a unique virtual classroom environment between you and the 3 other students, who can be sat at any location to attend the class online.

These lessons are specific to your group and will not be shared or forward to anyone other than those attending. You will of course have access to the recorded session for your later review.

Each class your group holds will be recorded and you can have access to the video after it has completed, in case you cant attend. However, please nominate very clearly when enrolling online, that you wish to have access to these videos because this function is only available upon request.

(( why should they have to nominate?  If the function is provided at no extra costs, then set it to record as default?))

FEE:  $165 + GST for 10-hour course

Term 2: Monday 22 Jan 2017 to Friday 30 March 2017 (20% OFF if paying by 20 November 2017)

Vietnamese Beginner 1: 6-7pm Tuesday

Vietnamese Home Speaker:   6-7 pm Tuesday  or Friday

Thai Beginner 1:              6-7pm Wednesday

Mandarin Beginner 2:     6-7pm Wednesday

Japanese Beginner 1: 6-7pm Thursday

Dutch Beginner 1: 5-6pm Thursday

NAATI Viet Translation: 4-5pm Thursday

How it goes ahead?

Step 1: Enrol online HERE

Step 2: Pay for your class from our online link. You can pay by eway or Paypal.

Step 3: Upon receiving your payment, within 24 hours, you will be issued with a link to access Anymeeting.com to attend your class. This link is unique for you to attend this class and will be expired within 3 months from the first day you attend the class.

Option 2: Study with your own schedule.

If you are not able to study in a fixed term as above, you can also register to study a class at your own preferred time. You still need to register for the 10-hour course and upon registration, but you can nominate your time. We will then try our best to secure a teacher for you at your proposed times.

As this class is only for your preferred time, it  will usually be a 1 to 1 with you and the teacher, therefore the cost is slightly higher. However, if you have another friend(s) or a group of 4, the price will be much reduced.

Fee: $500 + GST for 10 hour lesson.

Step 4: The day before each class, Anymeeting.com always send you a link to reminder and start class ontime. On the class day, you simply click into that link and follow instructions to start class.

PLEASE NOTE:

• As this is an online class, it is very important that you ensure the specification of your multimedia equipment before class time. We are not liable to start lesson late or delay lesson once it is confirmed, if your computer had issue and you cant attend the virtual class on assigned date.
• We DO need at least 4 students to confirm an online course, so in case there are less than 4 students attending, we will check with you alternative option to have shorter course.
