SLS offers quality training for the IELTS exam with tailored IELTS Preparation Courses. The 4-Week Band 7-8 Preparation Course offers training for both General and Academic tests for those who need to achieve a Band 7 – 8. You can choose to attend for all Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking modules or a mixture of modules. Classes are offered on weeknights at our convenient Sydney CBD location. Who is this course for?

• SLS provides IELTS Preparation Course to help students develop their language skills to prepare for their IELTS Test.
• The following intensive IELTS Preparation Courses last from 3 weeks to 9 weeks and include from 24 to 45 hours of training.
• These courses are suitable for students who have already booked the test or are going to take the test soon.
• These courses will provide you some useful tips and strategies to achieve higher IELTS scores and help you to correct your common mistakes in an IELTS Test (Both General Training and Academic Tests).
• You need to spend time doing your homework and write essays as a compulsory component of the IELTS Preparation Course to help improve your skill(s).

Important note

• Formal enrollment is only guaranteed upon completion of an online enrollment form and payment of the course fee.
• The enrollment fee must be paid at least one week in advance of the course commencement date.  Your payment will help secure the timely commencement of class.
• Classes are finalized and confirmed 4 working days before the starting date. If you wait for other students to pay and make a payment within the 3 days preceding the starting date, 1) it will be too late because we may have to cancel the course if we don’t receive 5 paid enrollment by then
• Without payment, your enrollment will not be secured if your course is popular and we received enough paid enrollment before starting date. Therefore, we recommend you to always make payment at least one week in advance of the course commencement date
• All classes need a minimum of 5 students to go ahead.
• If your course does not have enough students, it will be cancelled and you will be informed via SMS or email two days before the starting date. Alternatively, we may re-schedule the course to get more enrollment or still offer the course for 4 students with a slightly higher tuition fee with your agreement.

• Each IELTS Course is 4-week long [weeknight course] or 6-week long [weekend course] at $440 each. However, if you enroll for UNLIMITED IELTS Course, with only $600+ GST = $660, you can study the 4-week course repeatedly 3 times within one year from the day you enroll.
• This course will maximize your chance to achieve your score as you have up to 3 times to learn again.
• You only need to check on our website the opening dates of 4-week IELTS course each month [we only open 1 course each month] and email us your enrolment to join anytime, repeatedly within one year from your payment.

4.    What is the content of the program?

The program is a very student-oriented and flexible program. Besides the essential strategies for the IELTS test, students are also provided the time management skill, how to organize yourself and what should be focus on. Moreover, there is feedback on corrections, look over mistake to improve and go over sections that students have most difficult with.

5.    Can we show grammatical errors in our own homework for teachers to mark?

 Yes, our teachers can definitely help to explain your individual errors to help improve your writing. Especially in the IELTS 4-week Band 7-8 course, teachers will also give you extra homework to fix your own errors too.
