Language Course for Kids

Who should join this course?

Children from 5-8 years old who have no existing (or very little) knowledge of the language, who wants to begin a course of study and to know simple words and phrases to start communicating with a Indonesian parent/relative/speaker.

Course Content:            

Week 1   Introduction: Alphabet 

Week 2   Introducing yourself – Thank you / Goodbye / Sorry

Week 3  Where are you from? Saying countries, languages and people

Week 4  In and around the house and class rooms 

Week 5  The family: family members, numbers, possessive pronouns  

Week 6  Do you know the time: using number to tell the time 

Week 7  The supermarket: groceries

Week 8  Asking How much? And answers with money

Week 9  Let’s go shopping – Using adjectives to describe colours [not applied for 8-week course]

Week 10  Let’s go shopping  – Using adjectives to describe quantity and weights [not applied for 8-week course]
