Sydney Language Solutions Vaccination Policy
We recognise that COVID-19 continues to bring uncertainty and we want to reassure you that as an essential service in the community, we will open again with reduced opening office hours from 18 October 2021 to provide training in our CBD office.
Each course will be delivered in line with NSW Government advice and Department of Health requirements.
The health and safety of all students in our care remains our top priority. Our team will continue to be guided by directives received from the NSW Government to ensure best practice is adhered to in the management of COVID-19 in our service.
As a condition for your entry to our premises, you are required to show evidence of being fully vaccinated, i.e., your COVID-19 digital vaccination certificate or immunisation history statement. Without any intention to discriminate, but purely to protect health of our staff and students, we have to regretfully reject and fully refunded for any students above 16 years of age who are not fully vaccinated.
For any students in attendance, please ensure you abide by the following health guidelines that are in place at the service:
- Please show your proof of vaccination to our admin staff or/and your teacher on the first lesson you return to our premise, or the first time you join our class from 18 Oct 2022. Kindly enter our premises at least 15 minutes in advance so we can have time to check and you still can start lesson at 6;30am.
- Please check in using the QR code for each session.
- Please ensure all individuals over the age of 12 are wearing a mask, during drop off and collection for kids’ classes.
- The condition of being fully vaccinated applies not only to students inside the class but to everyone who drops in for enquiries, and to parents/adults over the age of 12 who drop-off and pick up their children for the course for kids.
- Please ensure you abide by social distancing guidelines of 4 square meter per person.
- If you and/or your child are unwell, please do not attend class.
Terms and Conditions for enrollments

We can agree for you to postpone the courses to the next available course within 6 months only.
- If the course has been confirmed by email to start, we can’t refund.
- If the course has not been confirmed and you request to cancel enrolment at least 7 working days before course starting day, you are entitled to a refund with a deduction of $60 admin fee, as per our Terms and Conditions.
Thank you again for your support in keeping our children and the wider community safe.
