OET ESSAY MARKING SERVICES
SLS offers test marking services for the Writing component of the OET Exam. Your writing tasks to be marked by an experienced OET trainer. By the end of the marking process, you will have received constructive feedback on your key strengths and weaknesses with recommendations on how to improve. If you have been struggling to pass the Writing module, this service will be a great way for you to learn new skills and enhance your chances of passing the OET Writing Exam.
Who is this for?
- Students who have tried OET tests before but got unsatisfied marks for OET Writing sub-tests
- Students who are confident in the other 3 subtests and just need some guidance for Writing components only from our experienced trainers
- Students who are too busy to attend live group class and seek pre-recorded lessons from experienced trainers
- Students who have D or C are recommended to attend an OET Preparation Course for at least 4 weeks before using this service

| How to Enroll? |
What will be included in this Essay Marking service?
- Pre-recorded Writing Lesson Videos, including general instructions and sample tests for your occupation.
- Brand new sets of four (4) new Writing Tasks, which cost $80 by itself.
- Marking feedback from our very experienced OET Trainers
- Written Report To explain your weaknesses, your existing problems, what to improve and suggested areas that you need to improve
- LIVE meeting session with our trainer to receive more feedback and have some detailed discussion (subject to package)
What do you need to do after ordering this package from us?
- Please inform us of your occupation so we can prepare the writing tasks for you.
- The marking will be directly on your letter in RED PEN if you submit a hard copy.
- The marking will be a comment on Word File if you submit a soft copy to us.
- Four essays of yours must be submitted IN ONE GO. We cant accept prolonged essay submission in more than one submission.
What is the package price:
- Bronze ($198): 4 Essays marked + Pre-recorded videos + Written Feedback + NO online consultation
- Silver ($220): 4 Essays marked + Pre-recorded videos + Written Feedback + 30-minute online consultation
- Gold ($275): 4 Essays marked + Pre-recorded videos + Written Feedback +1-hour online consultation
Terms and Conditions:
- You have to submit your OET essay within 2 weeks from the date of enrollment. Your essays can be sent to our email (enquiries@sydneylanguagesolutions.com.au) or our office (Suite 302, 363 Pitt Street, Sydney, 2000). Late submission will not be marked.
- Your letter can be submitted in form of handwriting or docs form.
- The appointment to meet the teacher must be arranged on the date you booked the service. The timetable of the appointment is arranged based on you and our trainer’s availability.
- No changing of appointment date is accepted after booking, and if you are late or cannot come to the appointment, we consider it to be canceled and will not have another appointment. We cannot accept another person being authorized to collect your writing for privacy and security reason.
- We will not provide any sample answer.
- You have a maximum 1 month between the first day when you submit your first letter to the last day you collect your report.
- You have lifetime access to our pre-recorded videos

Covid-19 Policy:
From 1 Jan 2022, given the widespread of Omicron and how it affects our students, we have to apply this policy and you are deemed to agree to this when enrolling in our courses:
– If you have enrolled and paid into your courses, and the courses have been confirmed to start, we cannot accept any refund request or cancel the enrolment in case you are diagnosed with COVID or cant travel for fear of COVID. We can agree for you to postpone the courses to the next available course within 6 months only.
– If the course has been confirmed by email to start, we can’t refund.
– If the course has not been confirmed and you request to cancel enrolment at least 7 working days before the course starting day, you are entitled to a refund with a deduction of $60 admin fee, as per our Terms and Conditions.
– Sydney Language Solution reserve the right to switch Face2Face class to online when:
- The course trainer/teacher is affected with Covid-19 in the middle of the course
- Three (or more) students in the courses are diagnosed with Covid-19
