Sydney Language Solutions offers Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese and Korean cooking workshops at our convenient Sydney CBD location. Our friendly trainers will give you explanations and demonstrations on key national dishes. Enjoy a fun cultural experience in our small sized classes and impress your partner, friends or family with new cooking skills!
SLS offers cooking workshop taught by our Vietnamese teachers where students learn how to cook simple authentic Vietnamese salad, spring roll or snacks.
The workshop offers hands on cooking experience that will help workshop participants understand Vietnamese ingredients, learn traditional and modern Vietnamese recipes.
The classes are kept small, up to 6-10 students, and students make 2-3 simple dishes in each workshop. These salads or snacks are unique to Vietnamese cuisine.
This workshop aims to enhance better understanding of Vietnamese food and culture.
The workshop will focus on making Vietnamese Spring-roll and Chicken Salad, two popular dishes that are often served both at home or Vietnamese popular restaurants.

SLS offers cooking workshop taught by our Thai teachers where students learns how to cook simple authentic Thai dish and dessert.
The class is excellent for beginners as well as those who love to cook and don’t mind a bit of effort for a delicious reward.
The cooking classes are 100% hands on with an intimate class size of 6-8 students per class. Our delicious Thai recipes are easily recreated at home for a quick meal as well as a lavish banquet.
The workshop will focus on making spicy Thai chicken salad (Laab Kai) and Thai sweet dumpling in coconut milk (Bua Loy). They are 2 famous traditional dishes that are often served both at home and restaurants.
