SLS offers quality training for the IELTS exam with tailored IELTS 1-1 Training Package. The IELTS Private Lessons offers training for both General and Academic Writing tests for those who need to achieve a Band 6 – 7 or Band 7-8. Classes are offered on weekdays/ weekends via online platform. Enjoy our private training with free training materials from our experienced, qualified trainers for enjoyable and effective learning.

Who is this course for?

SLS provides IELTS Private Tutoring to help students develop their language skills to prepare for their IELTS Test.*
The following intensive IELTS Private Tutoring last from 3 weeks to 9 weeks and include from 10 to 20 hours of training.
These courses are suitable for students who have already booked the test or are going to take the test soon.
These courses will provide you some useful tips and strategies to achieve higher IELTS scores and help you to correct your common mistakes in an IELTS Test (Both General Training and Academic Tests).
You need to spend time doing your homework and write essays as a compulsory component of the IELTS Private Training to help improve your skill(s).

Entry Requirement :

We recommend you should only join this course if your current IELTS Score in at least 5.5 for 3 skills in their last IELTS Test. This course is also suitable for students who have already booked the test or are going to take the test soon.

Face-to-face class update:

Our face-to-face class is back from Monday 18 October 2021. All courses will be delivered in line with NSW Government advice and Department of Health requirements. Please kindly check the requirement for face-to-face lessons here.

We still operate a parallel class for many languages with ONLINE Teaching mode. So if you prefer to study online, please email us and we will enroll you into classes with online options.

Important note

Formal enrollment is only guaranteed upon completion of an online enrollment form and payment of the course fee.
The enrollment fee must be paid at least one week in advance of the course commencement date. Your payment will help secure the timely commencement of class.
Private lessons are finalized and confirmed 4 working days before the starting date.
Without payment, your enrollment will not be secured if the private training is popular and we received enough paid enrollment before starting date. Therefore, we recommend you to always make payment at least one week in advance of the tutoring commencement date
If your course does not have enough students, it will be cancelled and you will be informed via SMS or email two days before the starting date. Alternatively, we may re-schedule the course training schedule upon student’s and teacher’s approvals.

Teacher: Napak-on Sritrakarn

Napak-on Sritrakarn has taught English for more than 26 years. She received her PhD in Linguistics from Macquarie University, Australia. She has taken her first IELTS test since she completed her bachelor’s degree. She continued taking the test every other year for different purposes, namely: to pursue higher educational degrees, for professional development, and job/ scholarship applications. Through the years, she has observed the changes and trends of IELTS questions. As an IELTS trainer, she continues keeping abreast with the test development, and based on her experiences as an IELTS test taker, her training goals include, as well as teaching useful knowledge of language, providing the techniques and guidelines of how to manage the time efficiently in order to address the questions effectively.

Suri is a passionate and experienced teacher with a background in teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL). She has worked with students of all ages and proficiency levels, creating engaging and dynamic learning environments. Suri holds a Bachelor of Education in English, graduating as the top student from the University of Bengkulu, Indonesia. In 2020, she was selected as the Indonesian Language Ambassador, recognizing her dedication to language and cultural promotion. During her undergraduate studies, she taught Indonesian and English, including at the medical faculty of a university in Indonesia. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Applied Linguistics at the University of New South Wales, funded by an Indonesian Government Scholarship. Her professional experience includes roles as an IELTS and TOEFL tutor, scholarship mentor, and event planner. Suri has taught at institutions such as University of Bengkulu, English First Kids and Teens, Studyfirst.id, and APRA College, delivering courses tailored to meet the needs of her students and fostering their language acquisition.
