Online Group Tutorial

• If you are too busy to go to our face-to-face class, or travelling to class is an issue for you, this online class is a great solution.
• This is also the perfect option for those who want to study a rare language or higher-level language class, but have found there were not sufficient student numbers to run a course in your local area.
• The advantage of this online class, is you can always watch it again in your own time during the week, before you meet your teacher again.
• One of the great advantages of an online group tutorial is that it is not a pre-recorded lesson, you will meet and interact with a teacher and be able to ask those critical questions in real time as in a traditional classroom.  By expanding the course to include 4 students we are also able to keep the costs down

How does this work?

Option 1:  Study ONLINE with our fixed scheduled face-to-face class.

• These classes will be opened on fixed times as below.
• Prices range from $297 to $396 for 16 hour class depending on your class level.

How a class is conducted?

• During your class time, you will attend an actual Face-to-face class. We will put a laptop with Zoom on the table, and you will join the Zoom meeting as if you are attending the class.  
• You can ask your questions at any time.
• Each class is an actual face to face class, but you will attend it through your Zoom account.
• You may not have full access to teachers when she moves around the class, but you should still hear her voice, because you are attending the class through Zoom.

How to enrol?

Step 1: Enrol online HERE. 

Step 2: Pay for your class from our online link. You can pay by eway, EFTPOS, Direct Deposit or Paypal.

Step 3: Upon receiving your payment, within 48 hours, you will be issued with a link to access Zoom to attend your class. This link is unique and will be expired within 3 months from the first day you attend the class.

Option 2: Study with your own schedule on Zoom

• If you are not able to study in a fixed term as above in Option 1, you can also register to study an online class at your own preferred time.
• You still need to register for the 10-hour course and upon registration, but you can nominate your time. We will then try our best to secure a teacher for you at your proposed times.
• As this class is only for your preferred time, it  will usually be a 1 to 1 with you and the teacher, therefore the cost is slightly higher. However, if you have another friend(s) or a group of 4, the price will be much reduced.
• You will attend an online class via the video conferencing software Zoom or anymeeting.com

How a class is conducted?

• During your class time, you will meet the teacher directly on Zoom, it is 100% online live class and the teacher will either share a Powerpoint lesson or interact via camera so you build up trust and understanding.  
• You can ask your questions at any time, but to help the lesson flow there is also the option to post your questions in the chat box and they can be reviewed at the end of each section.
• Each class is a unique virtual classroom environment between you and the teacher. 
• These lessons are specific to you/ your group and will not be shared or forward to anyone other than those attending.
• Please nominate very clearly when enrolling online, that you wish to have access to these videos because this function is only available upon request.

Step 3: Upon receiving your payment, within 24 hours, you will be issued with a link to access Zoom to attend your class. This link is unique for you to attend this class and will be expired within 3 months from the first day you attend the class.

Step 4: The day before each class, Zoom always send you a link to reminder and start class ontime. On the class day, you simply click into that link and follow instructions to start class.

PLEASE NOTE:

• As this is an online class, it is very important that you ensure the specification of your multimedia equipment before class time. We are not liable to start lesson late or delay lesson once it is confirmed, if your computer had issue and you cant attend the virtual class on assigned date.
• We DO need at least 4 students to confirm an online course, so in case there are less than 4 students attending, we will check with you alternative option to have shorter course.
• We cannot proceed with your booking or check teacher’s availability without your payment. We only start your booking once payment is made.
• We also have another type of ONLINE Class, which is the HYBRID class when you study at the same time with a Face to Face class through Zoom. This only cost $297 or $363 for 16 hours depending on the language, but we cant promise you will get full attention of teachers as he/she is actually teaching a F2F class and you only attending through Zoom. So even the fee is cheaper, it is sometimes harder to learn than if you choose a 1-to-1 online tutor.
• Any paid booking for tutors will incur a fee of $60 if you withdraw from enrolment with less than 5 working days.
• If class is already confirmed and you cancel the class without 3 days notice in advance, we cant reschedule the class and the class is considered as already taken
• We cannot always guarantee we can have tutors at your requested time, but we try our best, that is why we require you to provide us with at least 3-4 time slots of your availability to maximise the chance
